Welcome to Asala! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, ticket sales, events, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with purchasing tickets or using our Services.

1. Who We Are

Asala is the shared vision of four creative women—Dr. Rama Hijjawi, Rana Albasha, Reem Abousaif, and Hiba Albasha—who are passionate about preserving and celebrating cultural heritage. Through our events and initiatives, we create a space where traditions are honored and passed down for generations to come. Asala is more than just an experience; it’s a movement.

2. Event Tickets & Sales

  • All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled by Asala.

  • Tickets are issued electronically and must be presented upon entry. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused tickets.

  • Resale or unauthorized transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Event Policies

  • Asala reserves the right to make changes to event details, including time, date, location, or featured guests. Any major changes will be communicated via the email provided at the time of purchase.

  • We may photograph or record events for promotional use. By attending, you agree that Asala may use your likeness in future materials unless otherwise specified in writing before the event.

  • Attendees must comply with all event guidelines, including venue rules and safety regulations. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

4. Cancellations & Force Majeure

  • If Asala cancels an event, refunds or rescheduling options will be communicated directly to ticket holders.

  • We are not responsible for event disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or acts beyond our control.

5. Privacy & Communication

  • By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive emails regarding your order, event updates, and promotional materials from Asala. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided during ticket purchases is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Asala is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained at our events unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

  • Ticket holders attend events at their own risk. We strongly encourage following all safety guidelines and venue regulations.
